WITH three degrees under her belt, media personality Thembisa Mdoda is calling for free education.
In her Facebook post, she argued that many countries were already offering free education to their students.
Her post didn’t give details but she wrote: “Free education, for all, in our lifetime.”One of the Facebook users, Bhekisisa Khumalo argued that she should value education and do everything possible to attain it. Stop the begging attitude, help will catch you along the way.
But Thembisa clapped back and said: “I have three degrees so there’s that. 2. Grow the f*** up. 3. This is also socio-economic crisis that requires a bigger brain and you clearly don’t have that, so let adults have this talk and wait for the amapiano chat. Also, do you know how many countries in Europe have fee education?! Hayi man.”
Many of her fans supported her as they felt it is high time for free education.Karabo Motlhatlhedi Khumalo wrote: “Education is very important. Every person should prioritise it!
