Overall Purpose of the Position:

To ensure that all packing received are checked and packed accordingly, furthermore all required packaging are supplied to production on time.

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) & Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining stores packaging
Responsible to keep stores neat and tidy
Responsible to see that production has all packaging when required
Ensure that stock are accounted for
Keep records of all stock received
Report operational issues

Ideal Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse
Strong interest in stock taking
Basic computer competency in Microsoft Word, Excel ad outlook.
Administrative knowledge.
Shift work will be required

Highly organized to ensure accurate processing under adverse conditions.
The ability to be detail orientated and to multi-task while maintaining a calm and effectual demeanor.
Good time management
Literate in English.
Ability to take orders and follow detailed written instructions as set out in the lab manual.
Ability to take initiative and working independently.
Accurate, neat and meticulous documentation of processes.
Be able to solve problems and show ability to adapt to new processes.
