#Statecaptureinquiry postponed to Thursday

State capture inquiry chairperson Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo said a witness whose identity is being protected is going to testify on 20 and 21 September.
Zondo said Wednesday’s proceedings have adjourned but will continue on Thursday with a new witness.
The former head of the Agriculture Department, Peter Thabethe, is expected to testify. On Tuesday, the controversial Estina dairy farm was in the spotlight at the inquiry.
Zondo heard how plans to fund the infamous Estina Dairy Project were fast-tracked at a staggering rate.
Small-scale farmers were the intended beneficiaries of Vrede-based project but they never saw any of the money.
