Zandile Christmas Mafe is not mentally fit to stand trial.
Western Cape High Court Judge Nathan Erasmus released the findings of the expert panel that assessed Mafe after he was sent for psychiatric evaluation.
His diagnoses though, will not be made public.
Mafe was arrested in January last year, allegedly for setting parliament alight, resulting in about two-billion rand in damage.
He is being charged with terrorism and arson.
