The city’s disaster and emergency management said that both victims were found inside the wreckage when paramedics and rescuers arrived at the scene on Sunday night.

Spokesperson William Nthladi said that the cause of the accident was being investigated: “Working together with the Civil Aviation Authority, the SAPS forensic investigators, the on-scene investigation was conducted.
