Position Purpose:
To ensure the safe operation of machinery, plant and equipment are met as required by COP 29 and the OHS Act, by means of examining, endorsing log sheets and providing report.
Position outputs:
To ensure that inspections are conducted as per COP29
Enforce Compliance to COP 29 and OHS act.
Stop certificates are issued for all equipment that do not comply in terms of COP29Issue reports to business managers on non-conformance
Liase and assist managers /users with problems relating to plant/equipment, testing, and purchasing.
Assist with drawing and confirming specifications
Millwright activities when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Red Seal (Qualified Millwright by Trade)
Minimum of 5 Year Experience
Registration with ECSA as LMI
