A search is underway for five suspects believed to have killed two security guards in Soweto on Monday.
The two were gunned down in separate incidents.
The first target was a security guard on duty who was shot and then disarmed.
A few metres away, an unarmed off-duty security guard was gunned down on his way home.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
