Gauteng: Wednesday morning Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N1 Western Bypass in Mooifontein when a bakkie and 1 tonner vehicle were involved in a collision.
Upon assessment, one person had sustained fatal injuries and another seven had sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
The injured were treated on the scene and once stabilized were transported by various ambulance services to the hospital.
