Gauteng: At 08H51 Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to a collision on Louis Botha Avenue in Orange Grove Johannesburg.
Medics found a single-vehicle down an embankment.
On assessment found that two pedestrians had sustained serious injuries and were treated on scene by paramedics.
The driver of the car sustained minor injuries.
