A mother and her boyfriend, who killed their five-month-old daughter, will now be sentenced on 4 November. The two are out on bail, which has now been extended.
They have also both been found guilty of raping and assaulting the man’s 10-year-old step-daughter and assaulting and torturing his 12-year-old step-son.
On Tuesday, the state was to begin arguments in aggravation of sentence.
