There’s a lot of local content waiting to be released come 2019, from movies to series and our personal favourite, local reality shows.
So it has come to our attention that DStv’s Mzansi Wethu will be launching a new reality show titled Seng’khathele which is set to air in January next year.
According to a statement released by DStv, Seng’khathele which is an isiZulu expression for “I’m tired” will bring forth couples seeking closure while assisting them to unpack all the reasons that have bought them to this point of wanting to end their relationship.
The 13-part series will be hosted by actress Lerato Mvelase. Counselling and therapy will be offered to the couples featured on the show as well.

The 13-part series will have post counselling and therapy for couples featured on the show.
The show’s executive producer, Tebogo Keebine of Tribal Media House says they wanted to flip the coin and give courage to people who do not know how to say goodbye.
However, Reneilwe Sema who is director of local entertainment channels at M-Net said while they celebrate love through shows like Our Perfect Wedding and Marry Me Now, they wanted to explore the complexities of break-ups.
Seng’Khathele premieres on 5 January on Mzansi Wethu (DStv 163) at 19:30.
