The KwaZulu-Natal Commercial Crimes Court has withdrawn fraud charges against former transport minister Sbu Ndebele.
Ndebele was facing charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering, relating to an eNatis traffic management contract.
He allegedly accepted a R10-million bribe between 2010 and 2012 – in order to facilitate tenders worth more than R2-billion.
In 2016, Ndebele was recalled as South Africa’s High Commissioner to Australia due to the charges.
