The company wishes to employ a Sales Administrator. The successful incumbent will be based at Head Office in Johannesburg and report to the Regional Manager (Gauteng).
Job Purpose:
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the sales support processes, implementations and other sales support activities Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing, submitting and following up of Medical Aid claims
Updating of relevant spreadsheet(s)
Following up with relevant Medical Aids
Constant feedback to clients on status of claims
Constant feedback to sales team on status of claims
Organize pre-authorizations where required
Notifying clients of other options
Deal with phone-in clients and update records as well as sales staff
Deal with and give support to walk-in clients
Manage on-site stock
Manage on-site shop
Manage online transactions and invoicing
Required Skills:
Computer literacy
Understanding of Medical Aids and how they work
Excellent people and communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Sense of urgency
Ability to follow up timeously
Special requirement:
