The company wishes to employ a Sales Administrator. The successful incumbent will be based at Head Office in Johannesburg and report to the Regional Manager (Gauteng).

Job Purpose:

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for coordinating the sales support processes, implementations and other sales support activities Duties and Responsibilities:

 Processing, submitting and following up of Medical Aid claims

 Updating of relevant spreadsheet(s)

 Following up with relevant Medical Aids

 Constant feedback to clients on status of claims

 Constant feedback to sales team on status of claims

 Organize pre-authorizations where required

 Notifying clients of other options

 Deal with phone-in clients and update records as well as sales staff

 Deal with and give support to walk-in clients

 Manage on-site stock

 Manage on-site shop

 Manage online transactions and invoicing

Required Skills:

 Computer literacy

 Understanding of Medical Aids and how they work

 Excellent people and communication skills

 Excellent phone etiquette

 Sense of urgency

 Ability to follow up timeously
