Description:
Our client is seeking a results-driven sales rep in the car tyre industry. The sales rep will be required to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, promote and sell the products and services of the company.
The successful candidate will be able to perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of exiting and potential customers as well as maintain positive business and customer relationships.
General Requirements:
The role will require the sales rep to achieve sales targets, cold calling, supply reports to management.
The highly motivated and target driven candidate should have Proven sales experience.
Requirements include:
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Self-managed in terms of activity planning, proactive nature.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Confident and comfortable in building new relationships.
• Ability to handle rejection.
• An individual who takes ownership of his/her responsibilities and the outcome of these.

Salary based on industry experience, with a decent commission structure in place. The sales rep will also need to have a license as a company car will be supplied.
