The SABC wants the Labour Court to set aside 28 irregular appointments at the public broadcaster. The company said the appointments were made without following relevant policies.
The public broadcaster has filed a court application to have these appointments overturned. The application follows recommendations of various reports, including internal probes.
The SABC has identified 28 posts and stated all those affected will be given an opportunity to oppose the application.
