The festive season is around the corner and many of us will be jetting off on holiday.
But how will the transport department ensure we all arrive alive?
Well, Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has driven home that South Africa’s aviation safety record ranks among the best in the world.
“SA retains its category one status. This means it means safety standards, our flights can fly to the US unhindered,” he said.
“We can already see the economic benefits which demonstrate the confidence they have in our safety and security.”
