eThekwini Municipality shut down the Dr. Pixley Ka Seme Street building on Friday in Durban after nine people were injured when the roof collapsed.

The people, including a three-year-old child, were injured when a roof collapsed in the Durban CBD on Thursday.

The eThekwini Human Settlements and Infrastructure Committee Chairperson, Thanduxolo Sabelo, says all the injured have since been discharged from hospital.
