Gauteng: At 19H34 Thursday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a structural fire at a retirement complex on Schroder Street in Groenkloof Pretoria.
It was reported by members of the public on the scene that a fire had broken out in one of the units near the top floor during load-shedding.
The Fire and Rescue services had managed to douse the flames while rescuers safely assisted in the evacuation process.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
