Reports: Man Utd & Juve Agree Dybala-Lukaku Swap

With Manchester United looking to get more signings in before the transfer window closes, they have reportedly reached an agreement with Juventus over a swap deal involving Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku

Reports in England have suggested Dybala’s agent has been having discussions with the Red Devils over a possible swap deal for Lukaku. The 42 now reports that a deal has been agreed between the two clubs in principle, with transfer fees and wages still to be finalised.

The clubs were believed to begin negotiations on Tuesday, despite it previously appearing that Lukaku would be leaving United for Antonio Conte’s Inter Milan.

Meanwhile, Juventus vice-chairman Pavel Nedved confirmed that the Italian giants have received offers for Dybala’s signature, with Tottenham Hotspur also believed to be after the player.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, on the other hand, refused to comment on individuals when he was recently asked about the prospect of Dybala’s arrival.

What does seem certain is that Maurizio Sarri does not see the Argentine star as an integral part of his plans for the 2019/20 season, which is why the club would be willing to let him leave if it meant they could secure Lukaku’s signature.
