Minimum Requirements…
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
Matric certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent
Office Administration qualification or similar related qualification at NQF level 5
Be proficient in Microsoft packages
Time management, planning, and organizing skills
Sound verbal and written communication skills in English
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
At least 1-year experience in Data Capture duties preferably in the mining industry
Previous administration experience will be an added advantage
Experience with working on data capturing systems and translating data into basic reports
Must have knowledge of Engineering and Mining Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
Obtaining information from all relevant sources within the Engineering department
Documenting and recording the information on the system
Ensuring that the captured data is accurate
Comparing captured data with source documents and also should be able to analyze the information
Capturing data and generating risk reports, statistics and graphs
Updating SharePoint with BMS – Business Management System Audit Protocol Murray & Roberts Cementation (Ongoing)
Controlling of incident review / documentation & bookings / register
