
South African Airways has agreed to provide repatriation charter flights to various international destinations. This follows high-level discussions with various embassies and relevant government departments.
The first of these flights is expected to leave the country on Friday, ferrying German citizens. Flights will leave Johannesburg and Cape Town for Munich and Frankfurt. SAA’s business rescue practitioners say negotiations are ongoing with other governments to repatriate their citizens.
