Persuade Marketing is a business-to-business or B2B lead generation based consultancy. We help small to large companies prospect more effectively and acquire new business. Our clients range from startup to Enterprise clients with 75+ clients that already use our services
What will you be doing:
Answering inbound phone calls and representing the company in a professional manner
Be a retention specialist for our clients by cold calling businesses
Engage and build relationships through outbound warm calling primarily C-Level to senior managers
Inspiring new prospects into finding a solution and booking a demo (No telesales or telemarketing)
Inputting all deals into our CRM, following up with leads and closing deals
Hitting weekly, monthly targets of new business generated What we are looking for:
Female based applicant
Thoroughly bubbly and happy personality must be self-motivated
Excellent English must be your first language
Experience: New business. Cold calling. Must be a hunter

Base salary of R4500 – R5500
Flexible work hours 08:00 – 14:00pm
KPI bonus if the team hits monthly targets of an extra R5000 per month
