We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player who has had previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment to apply for this position.
The reception team is responsible for front of house services to visitors along with telephone support and call logging. In addition the receptionist provide administration support as required for various departments within the Head Office. Due to the importance of the Receptionist role, the afternoon Receptionist will need to be able to provide cover in the mornings and Mondays when the morning Receptionist is on leave, this will be paid in addition to the annual salary.
