Receiving Supervisor

An industry leader in the Wholesale and Retail Sector which is based in Klerksdorp, North-West is recruiting for an experienced and qualified Receiving Supervisor.

Experience

The successful incumbent must possess at least three years’ experience relating to, managing a Receiving department within a wholesale and retail establishment.

Formal qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric)

Responsibilities

· Routing of drivers and tracking of drivers during the day

· Receiving, dispatch and stock returns

· Stock counts and reconciliation

· Investigate and resolve customers complaints about food quality or service

· Co-ordinate health and safety procedures

· Be willing to assist as required by management

· Supervision and guiding of staff to ensure effective intake of stock and supplying empty bins to suppliers

· Liaise with current and prospective suppliers to handle enquiries/complaints and/or suggestions.
