President Cyril Ramaphosa answers questions in Parliament

President Cyril Ramaphosa will answer questions in the National Assembly on Thursday.

The president will answer six scheduled questions on a range of issues, including the measures being taken against state capture and corruption, the financing of his 2017 ANC presidential campaign, and racial polarisation in South African society.

Newly-elected DA leader, John Steenhuisen will ask Ramaphosa about the steps law enforcement and government has taken against state capture and corruption.

EFF leader, Julius Malema is slated to ask the president whether a fight with Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane to seal bank statements of accounts of persons who contributed to his campaign, undermines the government’s fight against corruption.
