The Project Manager, co-ordinates, plans, manages and executes multiple
technical and/or non technical course projects
, that are directed toward the same strategic, business, or organizational objectives for the short course product line.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Planning
: Work with the project stakeholders to outline the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budgets, and timings of projects. Advance, create and build the technical project management methodology to establish best practices.
Track
: Effectively manage project scope and changes.
Manage
: Manage a portfolio of projects and stakeholders at all levels across the world.
Reporting
: Track project milestones and provide status reports to the Head of Project Management and other key project stakeholders on the Portfolio of Projects.
Communication
: Clearly communicate expectations to internal and external project stakeholders on the Portfolio of Projects.
Candidate Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant ICT work experience as a Project Manager
Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques; e.g. PMBOK
3+ years experience as a project manager for systems and development projects
Self-motivated and able to find opportunities for improvement
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately
Proactive attitude
Organized and methodical work process
Strong attention to detail
Team player who does not need extensive supervision
