We’re looking for a highly-skilled Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company’s short term projects.
You will be working closely with our team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Job Responsibilities:
Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Coordinating with internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional teams
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Obtaining supplier acceptance of project deliverables.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Managing stakeholder satisfaction within the project transition period.
Conducting a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
The ideal candidate will have production experience as well as strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. He/She will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to appropriate team channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
3+ years project management experience
Proven experience in project management.
Proficiency in project management software tools
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Ability to tolerate stress
Available to work extended hours, if needed.
