Gauteng: At 13H57 Saturday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on the N14 just after the Trichart Road offramp in Centurion Pretoria.
Reports from the scene indicate that two vehicles were involved in a collision ejecting occupants in the process.
Medics assessed the scene and found that two adults and three children had sustained fatal injuries and were sadly declared deceased on the scene.
Another three patients had sustained moderate to serious injuries and required advanced life support intervention to stabilize them.
Once treated all the patients were transported by various ambulance services to the hospital for further treatment.
Circumstances leading up to the collision will be investigated by the relevant authorities.
