Due to internal movements a vacancy has become available for a experienced Admin Clerk / Personal assistant.
Duties and responsibilities:
Dealing with client queries, customer service, preparing quotations, filing of invoices and quotations, answering the telephone, handing out of payslips, general administration duties and data capturing, diary management, travel arrangements, relief reception duties, sourcing office supplies.
R 10000 per month plus benefits.
Requirements:
Grade 12,
2-3 years experience in a similar role,
Professional,
Team player,
Courteous and approachable,
