Will Call Picker/Packer is a new permanent position based within the Will Call & Member’s area (Reception) of our beautiful Johannesburg SA office.
Duties & Responsibilities
Picking Member orders
Preparing orders for collection and/or dispatch
Stock checks and counts as required for quality and accuracy
Loading shelves
Safely handling goods
Maintaining high levels of housekeeping in the Will Call and Member areas
Assistance at functions/events (some travel may be required – driving license essential)
Person Specification
Strong customer focus and professional approach.
Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgement/problem solving skills when making decisions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to learn new systems and processes.
Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines in order to meet customer needs.
Positive “can do” attitude.
Hours of work will vary, dependent upon the needs of the business. You will be required to work weekends and attend functions, as needed. (Time off in lieu rules apply.)
Please note that this role is office based with some customer interaction, so smart/professional dress code applies at all times.
