Job Description
Dispatching of CRM Stock
Receive stock from Warehouse
Check stock from TRF order
Sign TRF order
Ship on Dynamics
Ensure stock is correct
Write case numbers on stock
Push through from collection approval
Open installation activities
Run report
Request delivery note
Print 2 copies
Record cases handed over
Give delivery note to DSV with stock
Ensure DSV print waybills and stock is loaded on DSV truck
Ensure stock is marked express where applicable
Inventory Control
Dispatch spares to engineers
Send spares to different branches
Ensure they sign for stock and close on their tablets
Release of consumables to 3rd party as requested by call center
Do sales quotes
Ensure all documents are signed off
Ensure all PODs are received
Hand PODs to Debtors
Manage stock in different regions
Collections and deliveries
Ensure stock from different regions is handled correctly
Advise invoicing staff of any discrepancies
ReturnsReporting
Stock is returned ensure case number matches to invoice
Give back to invoice staff to credit
Close and track cases from feedback of DSV report
Query cases that are taking too long
Advise call center of wrong addresses
Give feedback on ETAs
Prompt attention to queries
If required agent will require feedback on an urgent basis assist where possible
Product Knowledge
Check that cases are correct on CRM
All relevant fields are filled in correctly
Ability to fix a potential problem or alert the call center or procurement
Ability to view print outs quickly and advise necessary departments of stats required
Give correct and accurate stats daily
Ability to help in all sections
General Filing of records
Resolve customer queries
Reporting Cross skill i.e. learn other positions and functions
Be proactive
Any other function management may require
Communicate with internal customers as and when needed to ensure proper flow of information and services
