An Outbound/Customer Service Manager position is available at one of our clients, a listed retail company, in Cato Ridge (KZN) area.

Purpose of Job:

Manage the Service Centre Outbound and Customer Service functions to achieve the effective and efficient delivery of goods according to established targets.

Key Performance Areas:

Manage the efficient delivery of material to customers
Manage the customer service function
Manage the coordination of customer deliveries, collections and returns
Monitor and execute inventory control and safekeeping practices
Implement and maintain compliance to relevant safety policies and procedures
Manage and maintain adherence to performance metrics and implements improvements
Deal with customers and enable customer centricity
Team HR Management
Remuneration:

+- R30K p.m. ctc (Neg)

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant Logistics Certificate
2-3 years Transportation management, reverse logistics or customer service experience OR 5 years General Supply Chain experience
