Order Processing will be responsible for the ongoing development of existing and new customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate customer service

Duties:

Register of Daily Orders
Process of repeat, new or board orders
Sending and receiving order confirmations
Creating Pro-Forma Invoices
Dealing with customer and Sales Agents queries
Prepare Call off’s for customers
Liaising with production to ensure goods are delivered in time
Follow up customers queries
Taking orders over the telephone from customer or sales agents
Liaise with despatch regarding deliveries and collections.
Follow up on all unconfirmed orders due to outstanding matters
Any additional day to day office administration requirements
Ensure all filing is up to date
Ad Hoc duties and projects that may be required from time to time.

Experience and Education:

Grade 12
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work closely to instructions
Must be responsible and reliable
Minimum of two years in the Internal Sales Role.
Must be a team player as well as have the ability to work independently
Must be willing to work overtime and flexible
