Requirements:
BSc Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
OCP / OCP Certified
A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience as an Oracle Database Administrator
Skills in: Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Database Administration 11g, Linux, Unix, Solaris, SQL and Rac
Able to work in a team orientated environment
Duties:
Installations, backups and maintenance of all Oracle systems
Solid Oracle Database Administration experience
Linux Installation, users and groups creation and package management
Performing Disaster Recovery (DR)
Monitoring and Preforming Oracle RMAN backups and Restores
Syncing and Recovering Oracle Standby Databases
Performing of Health Checks on the Databases
ASM, RAC and Data Guard Administration
Installation of new Oracle Database Software and the Creation of New Oracle Databases
Migration from Filesystem to ASM and vice versa
Cloning / Duplicating Oracle Databases
Installation of Oracle Automatic Storage
Oracle Enterprise Manager Agent installation and configuration
