Gauteng: At 12H01 Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R550 Heidelberg Road in Katlehong.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a heavy motor vehicle were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found that the driver of the car, an adult male had sustained fatal injuries and was sadly declared deceased on the scene.
The driver of the truck was not injured in the collision.
