An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager is currently available, reporting to the Principle Wealth Manager. You will be responsible for rendering all-inclusive operations management of the adviser office.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, development, and implementation of effective operations management policies and procedures
Rendering of effective client services to clients
Implementing and overseeing operational administration
Administrative team management and training of team (new and existing) on operational processes, procedures, operations, client services, administration, products and systems
Documenting policies and procedures as well as designing and implementing improved processes and procedures
Managing the performance of the team through objective setting, providing regular performance feedback, identifying areas for improvement. Arrange training to address training / development needs. Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
Along with senior management, ensure that recruitment of team roles when required, is in line with the business objectives, requirements and needs.
Fulfilling the role of Supervisor to Financial Advisers in training and in accordance with the compliance requirements set out by the PSG Group and the Financial Services Industry.
Assisting Senior Management with long term budgeting, projections and targets.
Driving the growth of the practice and maintaining the level of service to the existing client base.
Managing facilities and assisting with day to day running of practice.
Coordinating all office communications for example newsletters
Managing major client escalations along with the Financial Adviser and Head of the relevant department.
Ownership of contact with the regional manager, compliance and other stakeholders for the practice.

Minimum Requirements:

B.Com Degree
Computer literate (MS Office)
MyPractice and PSG Wealth Platform experience
Extensive financial services industry experience, including management of financial adviser office
Team management skills, including coaching and mentoring
