Main purpose
Responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency and create and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Key performance areas and tasks
General office maintenance and logistics
Supplier service management
Ensure that access control, safety and security measures are effectively and consistently enforced
Financial administration
Reception and secretarial support
HR administration
Knowledge, skills, and qualifications
National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
Ideally, 2-3 years’ experience as an office administration or manager role
Office Administration qualification, preferably a 2 year diploma/certificate
Driving license and own reliable transport.
Knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety Management requirements
