Office Data Capturer wanted: Salary R15 000 to R16 000 per month
We are looking for an Office Data Capturer to join our clients team in Vanderbijlpark
Salary per month: R16000 inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Bonus annually
The Ideal candidate will possess:
Matric Certificate
Two to three years experience successfully performing a number of data entry and clerical tasks.
Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications.
Ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to work hard and perform well.
Skilled in planning and organizing with the ability to complete tasks on deadline
An independent worker who can successfully meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment providing data entry and administrative support to a large department.
Sound knowledge of database management ability
Efficiency and accuracy in managing multiple functions, solving problems, maintaining confidentiality and producing quality
Data entry skills
Strong, precise attention to detail
High levels of accuracy and a meticulous nature
Computer Literacy ( MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
Efficiency and speed
Key areas of Performance ( not limited to);
Typing , processing and updating information
Data entry using spreadsheets
Ensure data is captured and processed in an accurate and timely manner
Supporting the senior administrator with any additional administration tasks required
Responding to emails and taking incoming calls as required
Using all Microsoft packages including Excel
Organise and prepare data for entry onto the company website
Enter/update information onto the internal database
