Techsys Digital is a fast-paced full-service digital marketing agency based in Muizenberg, Cape Town. We are looking for an experienced administrator to assist with HR admin and general office admin tasks. This a full day position which would suit a candidate based within an easy commute of Muizenberg who is looking for a varied role.

Responsibilities include:
Answering the phone and hospitality for clients.
Serving refreshments for all meetings.
HR admin on an ad hoc basis, including filing and recording of leave allocations.
Purchasing of kitchen supplies weekly and arranging catering for all functions.
Dealing with suppliers such as plumbers and electricians.
Assisting Accounts Administrator on an ad-hoc basis.

REQUIREMENTS

At least two years of proven working experience in an office environment.
A history of handling confidential information.
Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills.
Own transport.
Contactable and relevant references.
HR admin experience is beneficial. Personal skills/attributes

Good at multitasking.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Highly reliable.
Team player.

Desire to work in a support role. Applicants must be available for an interview at our offices in Muizenberg, Cape Town and must hold valid South African passports or work permits. This is an initial three-month position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role thereafter.
