Office Administrator. Position is for an upmarket restaurant in Carlswald,
Midrand.
Details:
Monday – Friday 8am-5am (Hours
can be flexible)Saturdays (Half day, and can be
switched) Starting R7k-R8k nettDaily meal allowance Full training provided, paid
Key Duties:
Daily cashup of waitersBank reconciliationPayroll – Salaries, wages and
commissionsSupplier liaison –
reconciliation and paymentsMonth end Stock takePetty cashDaily admin, filing etc
Requirements:
Matric or higherMinimum 2 years’ experience in
same or similar fieldMinimum 2 contactable
referencesExceptional computer literacy
skills especially MS Excel (non negotiable! We will not train you on
PC skills)Valid license and own vehicle
