A well-established company within the Engineering Industry based in Somerset West is looking to employ a HR / Office Administrator.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Payroll

Clocking system (training will be provided)
Ã
Calculate hours work for wage employees
Ã
Monthly salary information input
Ã
Monthly / F/Night reports
Human Resource
Ã
Issue contracts (obtain documents required)
Ã
Labour issues (warnings etc.)
Office administration
Ã
Screen and send calls to relevant people
Ã
Reception duty
Ã
Filing
Ã
Daily task as an administrator (Faxing / emailing)
Ã
Assist Directors if and when required
Required Skills
sage vip : 4 to 5 years
job costing : 3 to 4 years
human resourses : 2 to 3 years
HR Qualification : 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
Ã
Matric and HR Diploma or Degree
Ã
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAGE VIP with job costing experience / knowledge
Ã
Minimum of 3 years HR experience
