NCC negotiate a settlement with Ford after an investigation

The National Consumer Commission has stalled on a decision to prosecute Ford in South Africa after the company approached the NCC to reach a negotiated settlement that could run into millions.

She started negotiating with the company would assist consumers taking legal action by giving them greater leeway in negotiation.
