It’s all systems go for the ANC in Mpumalanga as it can now legally proceed with its elective conference after a failed court bid to stop it.
The High Court in Pretoria has dismissed an urgent application to halt the ANC Mpumalanga provincial conference.
It was brought by some unhappy ANC members, who allege there were irregularities.
The ANC has welcomed the court ruling.
