Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Aureole Avenue in North Riding Randburg.
Reports from the scene indicate that a male teenager offroad motorcyclist landed in a ditch behind a ramp at a motorcross track.
The patient was assessed on scene by medics and found to have sustained moderate injuries.
He was treated on scene and once stabilised by an advanced life support paramedic was transported by Netcare 911 ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
