Minimum requirements:
Must have at least 5 Years experience as Motor Grader Operator
Must have finisher experience
Must have experience with GPS navigation
Experience on CAT 140 very beneficial
Ages between 23-65
No Criminal Record or ever been Arrested where the police took your finger prints (Not Negotiable)
Clean Driver Accident History for last 3 Years (Not Negotiable)
Good / Clean bill of Health – Must pass 2 intensive Medical Examinations
Fluent in English – Read, Write and Speak

Motor Grader Operator Licence/Certificate
Valid EC(Code 14) Drivers License Beneficial

Must be willing to work in USA for a minimum of 3 Years

Essential Functions of Motor Grader Operators:
Base Finish Work
Safe operations of Heavy Construction Equipment
Follow rules, regulations, procedures, policies and instructions
Maintain accurate records and logs
Perform vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance before, during and after trips and record any defects they find, responsible for brake adjustments, tire chain-ups and minor repairs as needed while on duty
Reports serious mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel
Keep their Grader, and associated equipment, clean and in good working order
Ability to execute maximum force to lift, push, pull or carry objects weighting up to 50 lbs.
Work 6 days a week
Salary Structure:
Monthly Basic Salary $5 500 – R80 000
