Mortimer Saunders back in court for Courtney Pieters murder case

Murder accused Mortimer Saunders will be back in court on Tuesday.
Saunders is accused of r@ping and murdering three-year-old Courtney Pieters.
The defence team is expected to start cross-examination of state pathologist, Johan Dempers.
At the end of June, he testified the cause of death to be either asphyxia through smothering, strangulation or poisoning.
Dempers also testified that Pieters had sustained blunt force trauma to various parts of her body, including her face.
Her body was severely decomposed when it was found.
