Son haunting mom in her sleep

Doreen Beyi can’t sleep at night – her dead son haunts her! Xolani Beyi (34) was killed on Good Friday in 2015. “He was on his way home from a Good Friday church service when he found people in his house,” said the mother of five.

Speaking to Daily Sun, the mum from Polar Park, Ekurhuleni, cursed the evil people who killed him.

She said the thugs had turned everything upside down and were taking anything they could lay their hands on.

“But he caught them red-handed,” she said. Doreen said the thugs then attacked her son. “They killed him like a dog,” she said. She said they found Xolani dead the next day.

Doreen told the People’s Paper that, even though nothing could bring her son back, she was hoping that the cops would find the
culprits.

“I will be at peace if I see the culprits rotting in jail,” she said. “I can’t sleep at night because my son haunts me in my dreams.”

“I often see him wearing a church uniform and crying. “He sometimes carries a Bible. He doesn’t talk. He just cries.”

Doreen said the thugs shouldn’t have killed her beloved son. “They should have just taken whatever they wanted and left his soul.

“Furniture and other things can be replaced, but how will I replace my dear son?”

Gauteng police spokesman Captain Kay Makhubele told Daily Sun that police were investigating a murder case.
