This very well established group of high-end restaurants and bars seeks a highly experienced Mixologist to join the team. This newly created position will require you to:

Design new cocktails
Write cocktail menu’s
Train staff
Quality control during different shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric qualification
Previous experience in a similar, senior position with international experience advantageous
Have a creative flair with innovative ideas, keeping up with trends as well as a thorough knowledge of the classics
Very well presented and well-groomed
Be able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
Previous experience in training staff
Experience in costing cocktails and calculating suggested selling prices
Have an eye for detail
Must have a valid drivers’ license with own reliable transport
Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
