Wow, Sis has been hard at work! She told fans, “Keto diet mixed with Intermittent fasting is your best friend. Quit carbs including sweet potato, brown rice etc. Quit junk… NO MORE SUGAR!!!” “Cut down on the alcohol. I only consume gin & tonic, vodka & soda water, dry white wine. NO MORE CIDERS & BEERS.” The results are nothing short of spectacular.
