A well-established Clothing Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Merchandiser, who can take responsibility for dealing with and servicing clients, as well as managing a portfolio and/or team.

MAIN FUNCTION:

Be the lead point of contact for the relevant customer Maintain and build strong relationships with the customer Provide clear communication with the customer Being solution is driven delivering ideas or solutions to the customer to assist them in growing their business

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-SalesManage the Critical path Ensure Sales and profitability targets are met or exceeded Work with the internal Design team during Design Brief stageAttend Brief meetings at customer, then hold and manage Internal de-brief meetings Quoting styles to customer Sales Tracking and managing available capacity Quoting and negotiating PriceHold and attend all internal pre-production meetings when new styles are confirmedAdministrationHold and manage internal weekly standstillsAttend weekly/bi-weekly standstills with buyer and planner Dealing with Production and operational queriesRequirements & qualities: Minimum 8 years experience in Merchandising role Merchandising management experience beneficial Marketing & Sales-Orientated ability essential Good negotiator and strong management skillsWell-presented and highly motivated Drivers Licence a necessity
